Three ways to work with Wendy
Ask, compare and automate. Wendy works in the Aiforsite web app at both company and project level.
1. Ask
Ask Wendy about your site in English, Finnish or another language. For example: show the latest 360 image, or which subcontractor had the most productive working time last Friday.
2. Compare
Wendy analyses two 360 captures of the same area and estimates progress by work type. This point report is included in the 360 Reality Capture module.
3. Automate: workflows already in use on site
Wendy runs these workflows on a schedule, for example every morning or every week, or on request, and sends the results by email to site management. Automations require the Wendy AI module.

Wendy compares the tasks in your schedule with the latest 360 captures and reports, area by area, which tasks are on track, ahead or behind.
Planned vs actual resources
Wendy compares planned crews with Workforce Analytics data and alerts site management when the number of workers on site differs from the plan.
Daily work permit and risk briefing
Every morning Wendy checks the day’s work permits against who is on site according to Workforce Analytics and lists companies working without a permit. It compiles the risks of today’s permitted tasks, such as electrical work or work at height, and summarises the most common safety observations of the last 30 days, for the whole site and by area.
